The doctoral research, titled "Impact of Employee Empowerment on Employee Engagement and Retention in the Teaching Fraternity of Management Institutes Across Gujarat," has added valuable insights into the field of human resource management. The study meticulously explored how empowering employees within academic institutions can enhance their engagement and retention levels. By focusing on management institutes across Gujarat, Dr. Anjali provided a comprehensive analysis that highlights the significance of empowerment practices in fostering a motivated and committed workforce.
We also extend our heartfelt Congratulations to Dr. Bhaumit Patel, Assistant Professor, GLS University for successfully completing his Ph.D under the able guidance of Dr. Jasmin Padiya, Professor, Faculty of Management, GLS University. His doctoral thesis titled “An Empirical Assessment of Medical Tourism Service Quality in Gujarat” has added invaluable knowledge to the field of Tourism with specific focus on Medical Tourism.
