The aim of the University for sustainability is to enable restoration of the global ecosystem, cultivate healthy living, and reduce the University's impact on the local environment.
GLS University is dedicated to provide a community of students, faculty and staff members with in-depth understanding of the complexity of sustainability challenges so that they can be prepared to address them whenever they get an opportunity to do so.
It has been a regular practice by the institutions now attached to the University to save and properly utilise natural resources. To foster the spirit of sustainability, the University will organise various events such as Green Drives, save water initiatives, cleanliness drives, etc., and encourage the students to spread the message in the society.
GLS University also aims to be paperless in most of its functions to support the sustainability cause.
