The Innovation Initiative visualises a broadminded art of education for the 21st century by preparing the students to be innovators in this dynamic world. The initiative will create a platform to blend passions with the support, structure, and resources to address challenging problems with innovative ideas.
GLS University will set up an Innovation and Incubation Centre to nurture innovation in various disciplines and promote an innovative approach towards work. The students will be encouraged to think out of box and come out with feasible innovative ideas to solve practical real life problems. The Centre will work formally and informally to brainstorm, discuss, debate, and experiment.
The proposed Innovation and Incubation Centre will comprise faculty members, alumni and students, mentors and industry experts from a variety of functional areas, sectoral domains and geographies who are passionately committed to promote innovation.The University will facilitate the students by means of seed-funding, incubation, mentorship, coaching, knowledge sharing, promoting best practice research., etc.
